TENDING TO…

Negative feelings zap some of our life force. They help fuel pessimism, separation and poor character. Worrying therefore falls in to this bracket and as we all know wires us for some drama. Conflicting emotions can inform us of where we are ‘off’ balance (in the short term) when we have failed to already become aware and implement necessary changes. Negative feelings are therefore not a place to be spending too much time in.

Tending to requires some faith, intelligence & effort. It means being a supporter and co-creator of positive connecting and experiences. When being pro-active and foresighted we enhance our own life force and that of others within our circles. Expansive emotions such as optimism and faith drive our right behaviours and actions, delivering more organised, easeful, aware and ultimately successful everything.

Sensitivities and challenges require understanding and compassion. They draw out of us even more need to be perceptive, judicious, understanding, wise, resourceful & exceptionally well-organised. The more we drop the drama and embrace our higher functional side as normal the better off we all are. Tend to concerns early and see what happens. Repeat. Continue this ongoing. Believe that there are solutions. In thought/speech opt for:

“I am concerned about…” “I really care about…” “I’m open to solutions about…” “What’s my next best step in the right direction regarding...?” '“I’m ready to give my best to…” “I am open to greater solutions that I have yet thought of.”

So, next time you feel an urge to worry remember that doing so will literally take away your power and ability to solve the concern. May your resolve be instead to care about the situation resulting in the space and good character to go about the positive change.
