Welcome to my blog: ‘A Little Bit Boho.’ Here I share my love of solutions & thriving.

As the warmer weather has arrived I have been taken my yoga practice outside.     Yoga in nature is infact, one of my favourite things. I’m grateful that ‘London is made of 40% public green space, including 3,000 parks and totaling 35,000 acres.’ - Wiki. I will practice outside as much as possible each summer and welcome others to join me. If you’d like more details please get in contact.      ‘Health Benefits from Small Nature Spaces include: improved general mood and attitude, stress reduction, better mental health and functioning, improved mindfulness and creativity’ - nrpa.org
